Hark the herald angels sing!

Cooooookies, a holiday murder mystery, rice pack, etc.

It’s been a mad dash since Thanksgiving, hasn’t it? Even as much as I tried to keep it slow and simple! I’m so glad to be in the final stretch until Christmas. I plan to spend my break eating all the cookies I’ve frozen for weeks, playing some new video games with my kids (shh, don’t tell them yet), and seeing a handful of friends and family. Wishing all this and more to you, dear friends!

We’re taking next week off. Enjoy your Winter Break, and see you in 2025!

  • Rice Pack. I heat this up probably 5 times a day and constantly have it with me in winter months. You can do a homemade version with a sewn kitchen towel and 1.5 lbs of rice (that’s what I use). 🌾

  • Book Nook. Looking for last minute Christmas gift? This was one of my favorites last year. It was fun to put together and it’s a cute addition to our shelves. I’d like to get more in a few years when I can clear out my husband’s textbooks. 🏡

  • Write and Send a Letter to Your Future Self. End of year seems like a good time to engage in this activity. And there’s a free option! 📬️
